Hard question plz try to answer if you can.?

I'm 29 and for the last 10 yrs have been a migraine sufferer a couple times a month, however they are now weekly also the last week I have started with horrible backache high up inbetween my shoukder blades its kinda a burning ache feeling, I also have vertigo which started in 2009, I had ct and mri scans in late 2008 and was diagnosed with complex migraine syndrome but the vertigo wasn't there til 12 months after, I have been refused a ct scan as its only been nearly 3 yrs since my last ones were performed? The vertigo is almost daily too and can get better and worse depending on activities, I went doctors laat week again and was given anti depressants? I'm not depressed just worrying about these symptoms, my back doesn't hurt when I am lying down and comfy and does get worse with excessive movement. So vertigo for 2 yrs, migraines more often 6 months, and high back ache this last week or so, and also some neck pain when my head starts with a bad one. Any ideas please?
