Will i get a girlfriend who will understand my health problems?

I have fibromyalgia and anxiety and i am on anti depressants, all three of these have lowered my sex drive a lot. Will i get a girlfriend who understands my problems and would be able to put up with my low sex drive. I have wanted to ask many girls out in the past but im afraid to incase things dont work out because of these problems.
