What's wrong with me? :S?

yes it seems you are under stress... you can start exercise as its good for us it just not only make us fit but it also keeps us fresh and happy... bring discipline in your life though you may thought its irrelevant but it indirectly effect us a lot... also when you feel scattered or lonely or sad, just write down your feelings and keep it save you will feel much light...remember No one else can teach you better than you, just be more confident, and be more optimistic (positive).. do not take anti-depressants it will not remove the root cause of stress...you need to find the root cause then teach yourself what should you do? how can you avoid problems? to whom you can trust? i m psychology student... and i guess you are very confused!! just be relax, everything is in your under control its up to you how you manage...
