How do i get perscribed xanax for my anxiety?

i have tried 5 diff anti depressants and they just dont work on me. my brain goes so fast, it drains me. i have horrid anxiety. i tell the doctor this, they still dont perscribe me xanex. i have had anxiety all my life. do i need to see a different doctor or something? could it be something i said? plz help
