Why did my flash drive run out of memory when I deleted everything?

I recently got a new macbook pro, and to transfer my itunes library I bought a new sandisk 12 gb flash drive. I put about 7.5 gigs of music on the flash drive and put it on my new computer, and everything worked, so I deleted all of the songs from my flash drive. When I put the flash drive back in my old computer to get the rest of the music, it says I only have 244.7 mb left. The only things I did not delete from the flash drive are autorun.inf, RunClubSanDisk.exe, and a folder called club_application. If anyone could tell me what happened, and how I can make it work again, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot! :)

I feel sorry for you as I had this same problem with my son 20. Everyday was a battle to get him to take meds, mainly because the first set of meds he was given gave him terrible side effects and didn't help at all. Do you have someone else that could assist you when it comes to med time?, other siblings, sisters, brothers or cousins. You probably need some support with this. My son would freak out at med time, then he'd turn to his sister, who's 16, and ask her if he should take the meds. She would calmly say yes you should etc and then he did. I had educated her on the illness, medications and behaviors so she'd have a fair idea of what he was going through. I also asked the psych team if I could crush it up and put it in his food and they said NO as when he gets better he will think that he got better without medication and medication is something he will be taking for the rest of his life unfortunately. When he said "why the F do I need to take them?", I had to think quick and replied "sometimes people go through stuff in life that can cause a chemical imbalance in our brains, and we take medication to level up or balance the chemicals. When they're balanced you will feel amazing etc. My statement isn't totally correct but it worked for me. The only thing is I had to repeat it each day for a few weeks.

Problem installing mod on minecraft server, help me?

so im trying to install toomanyitems on minecraft server 1.6.4, and both of my archive programs cannot delete META-INF or install the mod files. 7 zip gives me a not implemented error and winRAR says that it is a corrupt archive. i have re-downloaded 3 times and i get the same errors. yes, toomanyitems is designed for 1.6.4. stange thing is, it will install the mod and delete META-INF on singleplayer but not on minecraft server. i am running windows XP and the exe version of minecraft server, as im not patient enought to set up a path for the .jar file. pls help cause this means i cant install any mod and i need them. thx and 10 points

The best thing is to tell your doctor that the medication is not working for you and explain why. This is a common complain of zoloft, so they are familiar with it and will believe you. Am I developing a psychotic condition?

I'm 14 years old, and I don't feel like I'm living like a normal 14 year old. I worry too much about things.... I put tape over my computer camera so no one can watch me, I poke holes in my window screen so it will be easy for me to escape from catastrophe and I even dial 911 if I THINK something bad will happen. Sometimes my mind confuses me, sometimes I talk and don't make sense. I always feel like someones watching me... Sometimes I have compulsions to say mean or rude things out loud but so far I've been able to control myself. I even have conversations in my head sometimes, usually about vulgar things like killing someone... I fantasies about murdering people or even killing myself... I have had an irregular heartbeat for a while now and in the past 2 years it has developed into heart palpitations. My mom has palpitations so I know it's a genetic thing, but my heart gets really weird when I go swimming or smell any form of alcohol or antiseptics. I'm a sensitive person and really easily feel awkward and left out in social situations. Most of the mods say to delete the META-INF file so that you dont get a black screen? I tried that and I still got a black screen? Some say that after you move the files to the minecraft.jar you should only delete the two mojang files in the META-INF and that still doesnt work? So what should I do now. I was prescribed abilify along with viibryd (a new anti-depressant). The doctor told me the abilify was to give me more energy. I've read up on abilify and all that comes up is it is used for severe depression, bipolar disorder, etc. My question is.. does abilify come in larger doses? and has anyone taken this feel like it hasn't done a thing for you?? I'm 29 and for the last 10 yrs have been a migraine sufferer a couple times a month, however they are now weekly also the last week I have started with horrible backache high up inbetween my shoukder blades its kinda a burning ache feeling, I also have vertigo which started in 2009, I had ct and mri scans in late 2008 and was diagnosed with complex migraine syndrome but the vertigo wasn't there til 12 months after, I have been refused a ct scan as its only been nearly 3 yrs since my last ones were performed? The vertigo is almost daily too and can get better and worse depending on activities, I went doctors laat week again and was given anti depressants? I'm not depressed just worrying about these symptoms, my back doesn't hurt when I am lying down and comfy and does get worse with excessive movement. So vertigo for 2 yrs, migraines more often 6 months, and high back ache this last week or so, and also some neck pain when my head starts with a bad one. Any ideas please?

Well cannabis has a long history of how its used and why it's illegal. It's not even addictive and yet people who never even tried complains it bad. It's x100 better then ciggs and prevents cancer. Doctor perscribed CITALOPRAM for my anxiety?

My mom started accepting the fact that her brother is not coming back just to find out about her friend today. You and your mom should try and seek a family therapist. Been with Ste 15 months now. He has lovely qualities, he will tell me i'm beautiful and give me compliments but he can put me down too. So it started a few years ago, my life was not going well, and I started to slit my wrists and attempted suicide once. Alright so I started taking celexa in August ( I weighed 115 ), and I quit taking it a week ago ( I weigh now 150). I got mixed responses from people, some say once you quit the pill, you slowly return to your original weight, and others said this is permanent. What happens when you take thyroid pills and your body doesn't need them?

I was "diagnosed" hypothyroid by an endocrine doctor with only an elevated TSH of 4.6 with normal T3 and T4 levels. I had all the classic symptoms which my family doctor was convinced was due to depression and not a thyroid problem. As time went on I was slowly given a higher dose of Armour thyroid until my TSH was within "normal range" and I only felt worse and worse. I would almost feel like the pills were making me have a thyroid problem, if that makes any sense. So the other day I just happened to miss a day and couldn't figure out why I felt so good. I recently had started an anti-depressant but didn't think that was it and then realized I had forgotten to take my thyroid pill that day. I have been off it for 4 days now and I can think clearly and have a lot more energy then before but have found myself incredibly tired in the AM upon waking and PM prior to bed (which isn't a bad thing)? Modding Minecraft help?

Okay, so when I try to add mods to minecraft I have followed all the instructions. I downloaded the files *duh* I ran %appdata% and found my .minecraft folder. I then when into the bin folder and opened minecraft.jar with winrar. I moved all the mods (modloader, 303's arrow pack, and GuiAPI) from their folders into minecraft.jar. Then I deleted the META-INF folder. I closed winrar and opened minecraft. When I tried to make the torch arrow nothing happened! I have tried this with other mods and got the same result. What did I do wrong?

It's been well over a year now and I just cannot stop thinking about my wife's affair. I am trying like hell to work this out and we get along OK for the most part, but it's only because I spend 100% of my time trying to distract myself. They have the same type of socialist policies that the ultra-leftwingers want to see in america. There economy is collapsing under the weight of there entitlement spending. The rest of europe is giving them bailout money. That bailout money is contingent on them making spending cuts and raising taxes on everyone(not just the rich). There citizens are rioting because they feel the government is "declaring war" on the citizens. Let's make this clear. If they do not make the cuts, they will not get the bailout money. If they do not get the bailout money, there economy will collapse. Still there citizens are resisting the cuts to entitlement spending. Does this sound familiar? We are witnessing first hand what kind of havoc this kind of mentality causes. Yet we still have a ton of people in America that support exactly this kind of government. What will it take for the socialist liberals to see that IT SIMPLY DOESN'T WORK?

It can be therapeutic to put things in writing just as it is to talk to someone.I do understand how you feel and how easy it is to get in this kind of rut.I had similar problems and no family living near me for support.You are half way there as you realise that you have a problem,that is half the battle.You must be honest with your nurse etc,otherwise they wont be able to give you the proper help you need.It is never too late to change for the better.You could try talking to your doc or nurse again,tell them how you feel and explain you dont think your medication is helping,it may be worth exploring other avenues of support also,find out if there are any organisations offering support for people who feel like you.Try your best,take each day at a time and dont be embarresed or ashamed as there is plenty of people out there who feel the same way you do.There is still time to change,you can do it.Good Luck

Minecraft TooManyItems?

I have a mac and I want to install it, so I went to application support, made minecraft.jar a folder dragged the classes but not the readme into the folder, named the folder minecraft.jar, deleted the META-INF folder. It let me log in but then black screened. I tried 6-8 times and it would do the exact same thing each time. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

My boyfriend has depression and it starting to affect me. PLEASE HELP...?

ive been with my boyfriend for 9 months now and we have been on and off for 3 years. He has major depression and i think it is starting to effect me. hes been on anti depressants for about 4 months now such as zyban and 20mg of folixten (idk how to spell it). even though he has had depression for a long period of time now it seems like since we've been going out every time he gets down its because of me. two weeks ago on a friday night him and i were fighting and he tried to kill him self. i walked in on him with bleeding arms with more than 20 cuts on each arm. i see the cuts as hatred towards me because before that he sent me a text saying "i wont take it out on you i will take it out on me". the image is scared in my head and i can't stop thinking about it. ive started to hate my self and i always think of what a horrible person i am to make him to that to him self. i sit there and reflect on what a horrible person i am and how ive affected him. i know if i try and leave him he will kill him self. it feels like im in a relationship with my self as only his feelings are important. hes told me before im his everything and if he lost me he'd have nothing to love for and that puts an enormous amount of presure on me to not muck up and just cover up how i feel. i always put on a happy face but im broken inside. what should i do?

Getting off anti-depressant?

I have been on celexa generic for about two years. It has helped me alot with my anxiety. I feel that I much better. My doctor told me to cut my 20mg pills in half and take 10mg once a day for two weeks and the thrid week one every other day. I am almost done with my 2nd week. I have noticed that i have been really emotional. I cannot figure out if it is because i now have my period, or its me withdrawing. I have a doc appt in 4 weeks ( 3 weeks after i am off meds) I have also noticed that i have a low sex drive. It has been that way for a year now. I thought it was the antidepressant. I am also taking Sprintec( birth control). Has anyone else had the same problem getting off antidepressant? I also have been getting headaches. Me and my bf are fighting because of my low sex drive and because of me being too emotional. I cant help i just want to cry. Please help.

What happens if you drink alcohol when you are taking anti-depressants or anti-anxiety pills?

Alcohol is a depressant. Why would you want to counteract the antidepressant? Seems pointless to me.

My life story, hon. Hopefully you can find some comfort in the fact that you are not in any way alone. My inbox is always open, and I do mean it. All I can recommend is getting out of the house as much as possible. Go to the park, movies, mall, etc. You can go alone, it isn't too bad. But sitting at home makes it worse. Commit to a fifteen minute walk one after dinner and I swear it might help! Best of luck, there is ALWAYS hope.

Need to delay period?

This month, on the 26th, I am leaving to go on a cruise... I am 16 my period is irregulear becaue I just started in October. Im supposed to get in like on the 22nd, and lately my period has been coming really close to the day it is supposed to come. it means the computer or antivirus program is stopping anything from running on its own to prevent any threats in case it would be a virus.its more of a safety issue than anything i would not worry about it at all.

Storm Anxiety...In Desperate Need of Help?

Well I don't know how to technically help with storm anxiety, but I would sit with him throughout the storm and reassure him and give him treats when he is quiet. Give him a treat immediately after he stops ,later if he stops for longer then u can take.more time but animals need direct reactions bad right when its bad or good right when Its good. If he still doesn't stop and you really don't want to use to many pills I'd hire a trainer ( a really good one )

What is going on with me?!?

In 2009 i was diagnosed with depression after battling with being bullied and my mum and dad separating from each other. I had been self harming for months and not eating for months too. I was given anti depressants that i used for one week until i went to see a psychiatrist who took them off me. After seeing a psychiatrist for a few months i thought i was feeling better and left. I still felt depressed and carried on sleeping the days away, feeling depressed, self harming and not eating. When it came to January of 2010 i completely changed, i was either not sleeping at all for or having an hours sleep and feeling fine when i woke up. I went out drinking with friends every night until i passed out and even started smoking. I felt great, life felt amazing, i was getting into relationships which ended up turning sour after a few months. I was being reckless i just didn't know it until september hit and i was depressed for months yet again. Now its got to today and im still constantly up and down. One day im talking so fast no one can keep up with me, i have so many ideas my mind cannot keep up, i think i have special powers, i get so paranoid i think people are stalking me or that my boyfriend is playing away and i get so angry i physically hurt my boyfriend and then a few days later im constantly sleeping, feeling so sad and unable to enjoy anything, some days i cant even walk to the bathroom i feel so depressed. I have also developed an eating disorder. After years of being so skinny i cant stand to see myself with any weight on my stomach anymore so i either fast or make myself throw up. My mood swings are really severe and they have been getting closer and closer together. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? I dint even feel human anymore! :(

Plz Help!!Chronic Headache debilitating me?

Hi I'm 22..I'm suffering from Chronic Tension Headache from past 4 years..The headache remains throughout the day and has never ceased since past 4 years..Though I have been taking anti-depressants ( escitalopram etc.) for depression/ anxiety , as doctor had suggested since then, but they proved to be futile..Although I feel cured of depression n anxiety, but headache still persists,,I've tried all alternative therapies such as Psychotherapy, Ayurveda, Yoga, Accupresure, Homeopathy,,..but to no vail..I've flunked the same class 4 times due this problem, because constant headache doesn't allow me to study..I can't tolerate this anymore...plz help.,,Is there any permanent cure,,Is there any surgery for this Tension Headache,,.PLz Guide

Why do mods not work on my cracked minecraft?

Well, i play a cracked minecraft for temporary minecraft entertainment till my credit card is fixed so don't hate. I install them correctly and i check the log on the mod loader and delete the META-INF folder, it loads correctly and i can play it, but the mods dont show up. And my mods are the most recent versons but even though i make a new world and play on it, there not there and i dont get it. If someone can fix my problem, id appreciate it.

What to do when it all gets too much?

I have just moved town from Christchurch (NZ) to be with my partner. I have always had problems with depression and anxiety, but lately it's been getting on top of me. I don't have any doubts or regrets moving to be with him, infact I can't imagine life any other way. It has been a real struggle looking for a job though, and moving in with his flatmate who owns the house. She has her own ideas about how I should be job hunting, even though she has no idea about how I don't handle big things very easily. I just feel like my confidence is nearly zero and so is my motivation. I've come off anti depressants and I don't want to go back on them. The doctor I've joined up with doesn't give a **** and just sent me to a counsellor. We have booked flights to Sydney to start fresh over there but that's not for another four months. I did just get a retail job, but I was so unsettled after my first day which was today I have felt physically sick all evening. It's really hard when you don't have your own place to go back to and really relax. I want to hang on for that four months but I feel so scared of everything. My partner has been amazing but I don't want to drag him down with talking about this stuff all the time. He said he just wants me to be happy, but if I can't stick at a job we will never get to Syndey. I just don't know how to be more confident. I wish there was a switch you could just turn on!!!

Hi, this is a strange question but, I have always had severe bladder inf since i was little. I couldn't take bubble baths and things bc of it. And I always get kidney inf. I had a stone once. In my kidneys. Recently I heard a commercial giving symptom of gohnorrea. I never thought I would b able to have it bc i lost my virginity to my husband 5 yrs sgo. I was 15 hhe is the only person I've ever had any form of sex with, and we both get tested about every 6 months. Me more than him bc I get regular papsmears. Anyways I currently have a bladder inf that still isn't gone and it said that some women mistake it for bladder inf, and I'm having spotting and discharge but I just recently got mirena. So, Idk. My Dr said the side pain I was having was bc of my bladder inf but it didn't show pos for bladder inf til he sent it to the hospital. Side effects of anti-depressants?

I've only been on them for about 6 days, but i've been feeling nauseous, and life seems a little surreal. I don't know how best to describe the feeling, it's like my body is there and i'm aware but my mind is somewhere else. My doctor breezed over side-effects, so I just want to know if this is something that happens as long as you're on them, or if it's just the first few days?

They'll probably put you on an extremely low dose,and of one that's safer. DEFINITELY talk to your doctor about it,I was on 10 mg of prozac my entire pregnancy,and my baby was born as healthy as a horse. Some are safer than others,and if the benefits outweigh the possible risks,the doctor will totally understand that.
