I'm constipated and I think I might have a hemorrhoid (Really Embarrassing)?

Okay so it all started about 2 days ago, I had been pooping out little pebbles and it was kinda hard to poop. So then yesterday I couldn't poop at all and when I tried it would come out half way then go back in and it was sooooo uncomfortable. So then today I tried pushing it out REALLY hard but that was really painful, and it would do the same thing, it would go half way then go back in again. My but was staring to hurt really bad and I couldn't stand or site so I laid on my stomach and I felt better. So I took 3 stool softeners, a glass of menamucil, and 2 exlax, a bowl of beans, and a cup of coffee. And so now I'm waiting. So I tried to take a crap again I was scared cause I didn't want to strain but I did anyway and it AGAIN went back into my but (soooo uncomfortable). The I looked in the toilet and there was a piece of skin or tissue that was all bloody...now my but really hurts!!! And my diet hasn't been the best, plus I'm taking anti anxiety/depressants so idk if thats something to do with all this. But I'm scared and I did feel like I was gonna throw up... :( I dont wanna go the the ER...I'm only 13 years of age I'm a female and I'm on my period. Idk please help!!!
