Is it safe to take any anti-depressants and you're pregnant or is trying?

Discuss this with your doctor. There are some pretty large lawsuits going on now because women were prescribed paxil/zoloft/etc while pregnant,and some babies have been born with heart defects. They'll probably put you on an extremely low dose,and of one that's safer. DEFINITELY talk to your doctor about it,I was on 10 mg of prozac my entire pregnancy,and my baby was born as healthy as a horse. Some are safer than others,and if the benefits outweigh the possible risks,the doctor will totally understand that.
