What on earth could this be?

Iv'e had a mild cough about 1 wk. Just today, yesterday ive been feeling soooo achey, and my nose has been tingling like I need to sneeze all the time. I think its a sinus inf, but i'm not totally sure. Should I wait it out, or go ahead and c a dr?
