Sandisk Cruzer 4GB Flash drive question?

im usually really smart with computers and i build them but today i bough a Sandisk Cruzer 4GB Flash drive since i lost my 8GB of the same brand. This is the first ive got that already has files on it? it has: club_application, SanDiskSecureAcces, autorun.inf, RunClubSanDisk.exe, and RunSanDiskSecureAcces_Win.exe. can i delete these files or any of them or do i need them to use the drive, ive never had one with these on it thanks
